FURNITURE RETURNS

Hopefully you’ll be delighted with your purchase, however, on occasion we understand that an item may need to be returned.

We package furniture items carefully and trust our couriers to handle the goods with care. Please check your furniture on arrival for faults or damage. You have 28 days from receipt of goods to return your items.

Please measure your space correctly before placing your order. Please also consider staircases, doorways and any tight spaces your furniture may have to be manoeuvred through.

Commissioned pieces are not refundable once started. Any materials especially ordered for a project will be charged to you.

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. Please contact us if you need help or advice doing this.

Please provide proof of purchase.

Please use the original packaging where you are able.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand the journey. Should a piece suffer damage on the return trip you may not be refunded.

We recommend that you returns goods using an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt. We are unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

You are responsible for ensuring items are returned in a perfectly saleable condition and in its original packaging. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to issue a refund.

We can organise a courier to collect your unwanted furniture items. Please contact us for a collection price.
