Autumn Days & Rugby Cheers

🍂 Autumn Arrives Overnight
It feels as though autumn crept in overnight. One minute we were enjoying the late summer light, and the next — crisp mornings, darker evenings, and those sudden downpours that only this time of year can bring.

We’ve officially turned the Everhot back on, which always feels like the true start of the season in our house. Not only does it keep everything cosy, but it’s also a lifesaver when it comes to drying washing after a soaking in those inevitable autumn showers. There’s something quite comforting about it ticking away in the background, warming the kitchen, and making life feel just a bit slower.

🏉 Cheering from the Stands
On Sunday, I had the chance to watch the Women’s Rugby World Cup — what an experience! The match between France and Brazil was definitely a one-sided affair, with France dominating the game from start to finish. But when Brazil scored? Oh, I couldn’t help myself — I was up on my feet, cheering like mad. There’s something about the underdog moment that gets me every time. It was a reminder of the sheer joy of sport — it’s not always about the scoreboard, but about those little victories that mean so much.

Wrapping Up
So, autumn has arrived: cosy kitchens, rainy-day routines, and moments that make you cheer for joy — whether it’s for your team or someone else’s.

Behind the scenes, I’ve also been working really hard to bring lots of new items to the website, and I’m so excited for you to see them. There’s so much choice right now — the perfect time to treat yourself (or your home!) as we head into the new season.
